First Visit

Consultation

At D’Aloisio Orthodontics, we believe everyone should have access to orthodontic treatment; therefore, your initial consultation is free of charge. The initial consultation consists of digital photographic records of the head and oral cavity. Based on these photographs and a brief but thorough oral examination, Dr. D’Aloisio will explain his findings and any treatment needed.

Along with your photographic records, you will also receive a goodie bag filled with a D’Aloisio Orthodontics t-shirt, a wooden nickel and a pamphlet explaining the wooden nickel rewards program. Next, our treatment consultant will discuss the cost of treatment and payment plan options. If you wish to proceed with treatment, orthodontic diagnostic records will be your next step.

Records

Before diagnostic records can be taken, a one-time fee of $250.00 will be collected. This fee covers all initial radiographs, study models, and photographic captures, as well as any further records, before, during and after treatment.

Your records will include:

• Alginate impressions and wax bite for diagnostic study models
• Digital intraoral photographs
• Digital panoramic and cephalometric radiographs

Once records have been collected, Dr. D’Aloisio will take those records and study them to finalize you custom treatment plan.
